| 摘 要： | 本文对六所高校的256名大学生进行了你心中的体育教师形象的问卷调查.结果表明,大学生心中的体育教师形象是追求完美的.他们对运动技术过硬、教学技法高超、培养学生能力三个方面要求较高.我们在征徇全国部分省市的63名体育专家对体育教师形象设计的意见的基础上,邀请14名专家,采用半数评选法,对筛选出的体育教师形象设计的12条标准进行了排序,旨在鼓励教师,按照理想的形象标准进行设计.

| Abstract: | For this article the author has polled 256 college students for their opinions about their ideal image of the physical education teachers. The results show that although they pursue a perfect image of physical education teachers, they more favor a perfect mastery of arithletic technology, a superb pedagogy and high ability in traning students. on the basis of the opinions from 63 experts in phys- ical education field from some provinces and cities of China, together with 14 experts invited, have arranged in order the 12 chosen standards for designing the image of physical education teachers by way of half the number e-valuating method,aiming mainly at encouraging teachers to make reasonable compensa tion and reach perfection in accordance with the standards of an ideal physical education teacher. |
