| Abstract: | The value orientation pursued by shadowboxing sport in respect of being harmonious with the nature, society and practicer oneself has deeply embodies the sense of worth of general harmony of Chinese traditional culture. Under the theme of peace and development, the sports conception of shadowboxing is provided with practical meaning for building a harmonious society and the civilization of human being existence. |
