| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法发现：教师和学生对体育教师应具备的教学、训练基本能力认识有“功利”和“肤浅”的倾向。改变这种状态，对体育教育专业课程设置和教学方法、手段进行改革，对中学体育教师进行各种形式的继续教育，对高校体育教育专业的改革以及确立和构建21世纪中学体育教师继续教育的模式具有重要的理论意义。

| Abstract: | By investigating with asking paper,we draw the conclusion that the teacher and student's knowledge about the physical training teacher's elementary ability of training trends to be benefic and superficial.So,changing this sort of condition by rearranging the course offered and reforming the training methods,and offering the coutinue education to the middle school teacher,would have important significance to the reform of college's physical training speciality and the modle construction of the coutinue education middle school physical training teacher in 21 century. |
