| 摘 要： | 根据21世纪人才结构和创新教育理论及高师体育专业教育功能特性，采用问卷调查，阐述了高师体育专业教育创新教育的内含，分析了影响高师体育专业教育创新教育主要因素，从强化学生创新精神的培养，到改革课程、考评体系和教师的授课方式，论述了高师体育专业教育创新人才的培养途径，探索培养学生创新能力的方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the structure of person with ability, the theory of the innovative education and the speciality of function in higher teachers university's physical education department in the 21st century, adopted some of the research techniques, such as questionnaire investigation, expatiated the content of innovative education in higher teachers university's physical education specialized subject, analyzed the mostly complication of affecting the innovative education in higher teachers university's physical education specialty, from unsoldering the students' innovative vigor, up still to changing the courses, the exam system and the way of giving lessons, discussed the cultivate approach of innovative person, explored how to cultivate the students' innovative ability, put up the theoretic research profound. |
