| 摘 要： | 休闲运动是相对高校竞技体育而言，是近几年在高校风行的一股运动休闲热潮。源自于大学生的健身愉悦需求，得益于各高校因全民健身运动的勃兴而展开的各项体育赛事，为大学体育在终身体育全过程中的承前启后作用提供了最有力的保证，对高扬21世纪高校体育的终身体育的旗帜，从而展开提高和培养大学生身心健康和终身体育意识相结合的时代体育教育，将是最积极、最有益和最愉快的途径。

| Abstract: | In relation to common sports,sports for lie fallow is a kind of sports tideway,which is rife in colleges and universities.It derived from the needs of body-building and gladness,benefited by school sports efforts which were hot spread for developing the body-building of all,and provided the best guaranty for school education's usefulness of conducing to the course of life long physical education.It can winnow the banner of life long physical education,which is the pristine significance of school physical education in 21 st century.It can also cultivate and enhance the physical education of times which is combined by body-heart health and consciousness of life long physical education.And it will be the most active,beneficial and happy access for above all. |
