| 摘 要： | 运用献资料、教育评估和模糊数学法，对1986-1999年内蒙古高校体育教师队伍建设工作的发展进行了探索性研究。研究表明其发展可分为3个阶段，并在年代维度上呈逐步上升的发展趋势。
