| 摘 要： | 从体育赞助企业权益被侵犯的原因(物欲利益追求、道德规范缺位、法制建设滞后等)分析入手，对我国体育赞助企业权益被侵犯的预防措施(国家积极规范市场、生产企业加强风险管理、体育产业协会注重行业自律)以及我国体育赞助企业权益被侵犯的控制手段(行政行为控制、体育产业协会控制、企业自控、社会监督等)进行了深入的研究，旨在保护我国体育赞助企业的权益。

| Abstract: | beginning with the analysis of reasons about sponsoring enterprises infringed (e.g.,material and interests pursuing, ethics lack,legal system lagged behind),the authors explored deeply how to prevent enterprises sponsoring sports from rights infringed (e.g., standardized the market by government, enhanced the venture management to enterprises),and the methods to control enterprises sponsoring sports from rights infringed,which may be conducted by government, enterprises association,enterprises self,and social supervising.The aim is to protect the rights of China enterprises sponsoring the sports games. |
