| 摘 要： | 采用科学的调查和研究方法，时我国中学体育教师在新形势下继续教育的必性进行了多层次的探讨，围绕素质教育对目前中学体育教师的继续教育问题提出了相应对策，指出加强中学体育师资队伍建设是实施素质教育的关键，各级领导和部门应采用多种形式扩大培训范围，加强重点培训，并制定相应的评价体系，为在学校体育中实施素质教育奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The different levels of discussions about the hecessity of continuous education of middle school P.E. teachers have been taken by scientific approach and method.The interrelated policies have also been given for it.The crux of quality education is to strengthen the middle school P.E. teachers,and the training scope should be extended by various forms,the evaluation system should be made as a basis of the enforcement of quatity education in physicat education in middle schools. |
