| 摘 要： | 研究表明NBA联盟已经步入人力资本稀缺阶段,球队老板和球员共同承担球队的运营风险,同时分享球队的利润。为了保障劳资双方对联赛收入的分享,NBA联盟制定了一系列工资限制制度。这些限制制度包括直接限制和间接限制制度,直接限制制度主要包括如契约限制、额度限制等;间接限制制度主要包括工资帽限制、工资帽特例限制等。

| Abstract: | Through research the author revealed the following findings: The NBA league had entered into a human capital lacking stage,at which the bosses and players undertook team operating risks jointly and shared team profits at the same time;in order to ensure the sharing of league game income between the labor and capital parties,the NBA league had established a series of salary restriction systems,which included direct restrictions(such as contract restriction and quota restriction) and indirect restrictions(such as salary cap restriction and salary cap exception restriction). |
