| 摘 要： | 通过对湛江师范学院９５级部分学生进行随机抽样，就他们从这到毕业４年的五项身体素质进行追踪调查与测试，对测试结果做普通的统计学处理，并进行归纳与分析。在肯定已有教学成绩抽时也对发现的问题进行剖析，为学院公共体育教学改革与发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | During the past 4 yeare from their entrance to graduation, we made a continuous survey of 5 categories of some 95' college students' physical condition .In this paper, some classifications, analyses and studies are carefully made on the results of the survey. And based on these analyses and studies, pro- posals are also made as how to improve and enhance the physical quality of the college students in gener- al. |
