体育专业学生教学技能培养的理论与实践

摘    要:运用文献资料法,特尔斐法、问卷调查法、统计筛选法,微格教学法,逻辑分析法对体育教学技能进行了研究确定,并将其分解成三类十四项便于操作的基本技能,明确了体育专业学生教学技能训练的基本内容和目标;利用微格教学法,对学生教学技能进行了四轮教学实践。几年的实践证明,学生通过教学技能的培训,各项教学技能和总体教学能力得到明显锻炼和提高。

Abstract:By using the methods of documents and data,delphi,questionair,statistics and selection,microteaching,logical reference,this essay has studied and established the P.E.teaching skills,and has divided them into 14 items of 3 categories of basic skills which are easy to operate.The essay has also made it definite the main contents and goals of the training of teaching skills for students of P.E.major and it has utilized the method of microteaching to do 4 turns of teaching practice on students'teaching skills.After years of practice,it has shown that students have not only had striking practice and improvement on teaching skills,but also improved their teaching ability efficiently through the training of teaching skills.
