| 摘 要： | 如何举办好一届在经济上取得成功的奥运会，如何正确理解奥运经济带来的经济效益，是我们值得思考的问题。认为举办2008年北京奥运会要增强奥运“正经济”减少奥运“负经济”，冷静预期和评估奥运会的经济收益，统筹规划北京奥运会。
