| 摘 要： | 通过对体育比赛中运动员行为的博弈分析,说明目前运动员激励机制的不足.认为对运动员管理必须引进竞争性激励机制,使个人利益与集体利益结合起来,合理分配,最大限度地发挥每个队员的潜力,使运动队竞技水平发挥到最佳状态.

| Abstract: | The author explained the deficiency of current athlete incentive mechanism through game analysis of athlete's behavior in sports contests,and expatiated on that competitive incentive mechanism must be introduced into athlete management to combine individual interest with collective interest and rationally utilize and maximally exert the potentials of each team member,so that the sports team can exert its best performance in competitions. |
