| 摘 要： | 对陕西省科教工作的身体健康状况的调查表明，科教工作群体的身体健康总体状况不容乐观。科教工作的身体健康状况与他们所承担的工作负荷形成很大的反差，平均工作时间长，身体健康状况差，心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、职业性咽炎等疾病严重威胁着科教工作的健康。根据调查结果，提出改善科教工作身体健康状况建议与对策。

| Abstract: | According to the statistics of investigation to the intellectuals in Shaanxi Province on health condition, the result is not so satisfactory. There is a sharp contradiction between the hard work they have to face and the health condition; they are suffering long time working, heart disease, liver disease, pharyngitis etc.Which are seriously threatening their life. With the support of the statistics of the investigation, this paper provides suggestions and strategies in improving the intellectual's health condition. |
