| 摘 要： | 传统的讲演式教学是体育心理学目前的主要教学方法。心理学教学应注意联。系科学实际，联系体育教学实际，联系专业实际，联系学生实际等4个方面。为提高教学质量，应加强体育心理学课程教学的自学辅导、实践操作、使用现代化的教学手段和改革考试方法。

| Abstract: | The traditional teaching by lecture is chief method about psychology of physical education at present.In order to raise the quality of education,it should be strengthened that students study the lesson about psychology of physical education on their own and emphasized practical operation,using modern method of teaching and reforming the test ways. |
