| Abstract: | By applying comparative study approach, the author carried out argumentation on particularity of sports disputes,and by summarizing advanced countries' experiences,the author drew such a conclusion that among several settling mechanisms,sports arbitration system is no doubt the settling mechanism that suits sports reality best,and offered his proposals for constructing sports arbitration system in China. |
