| 摘 要： | 目前社区体育发展紧缺社会体育指导员，这也是社区体育发展的一大障碍。体育教师是社区成员的一部分，其工作性质和工作特点决定了他们不仅具有丰富的体育理论知识和实践经验，而且他们还是“社会活动家”。从学校发展和社区体育发展两个方面探讨了体育教师参与社区体育建设的可能性和必要性，为我国社区体育的发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The shortage of directors for comunity sports is becoming one obstacle to community sports developing. PE teachers are members of community. They not only have abundant knowledge and experience of sprrts, but also are “social activists”.To provide reference for Chinese community sporty sports developing, the author explores the possibility and necessity of the PE teachers participating in community from two angles. |
