| 摘 要： | 体育保险在我国是一个全新的话题，起步晚，起点低，尚存在许多不尽人意的地方，但毕竟已迈出了可喜的第一步。通过对我国体育保险业的发展背景、现状以及西方发达国家体育保险的有关问题的分析，指出：我国今后体育保险的持续发展必须要有体育法规的保驾护航，要循序渐进，由点到面。

| Abstract: | Sports insurance is a fire-new topic in China. Now it has made a hopeful step, though there are many problems due to its later and lower beginning. The paper analyzes the developmental background and status quo of Chinese sports insurance and the existing issues about sports insurance in developed countries, and points out that the sports laws and appropriate programming are necessary to ensure the sustained development of Chinese sports insurance. |
