| 摘 要： | 剖析了由于受中国国情和社会主义初级阶段制约而引发的我国普通高校高水平运动队发展面临的9项挑战，并结合中国社会主义市场经济进程加速而为高校办高水平运动队提供日益良好的条件和社会氛围，提出了面向21世纪的我国高校办高水平运动队的10项发展对策。
