| 摘 要： | 对我国体育经纪人的数量、素质、形式等现状进行调查分析，结果表明：我国体育经纪市场目前存在着人才素质低、经纪方式简单、经纪公司少且竞争力弱、国外体育经纪广泛介入等问题。提出建立和完善法规体系，建立专门人才培育机制，规范政府机构与体育事业的管理体制等发展我国体育经纪市场的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The authors surveyed and analyzed the number,makings and forms of sports brokers in China,and revealed the following findings: Problems,such as poor makings of professionals,too simple brokering manners,too few brokerages and weak competitive strength,as well as invasion of foreign sports brokerages,existed on sports brokerage market in China.The authors put forward measures for developing sports brokerage market in China,such as establishing and perfecting statutory systems,establishing dedicated professional training mechanism,standardizing the system of management of governmental agencies and sports undertakings. |
