摘    要:选用健康纯种雄性SD大鼠为研究对象, 鼠龄2月, 通过8周的循环流动水游泳池建立大鼠一般负荷训练模型及过度负荷训练模型。实验结束后, 在大鼠大脑及小脑皮质取材, 测定了三组大鼠在不同运动负荷训练的刺激下, 大脑及小脑的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 的含量。结论 不同负荷的游泳运动训练对大鼠脑内抗氧化系统的影响是不同的。表现为一般负荷可以提高大鼠脑内SOD含量, 过度负荷的刺激会降低大鼠脑内SOD含量, 从而削弱大鼠脑内抗氧化系统, 不同负荷游泳训练对大鼠大脑与小脑的SOD含量的影响变化是同步的。

Abstract:This experiment has chosen pure SD male rats of two months old . This experiment has established normal -load and over-load modal by using a swimming pool with circular water flow .we have measured the changes of anti-oxidative enzyme : superoxide dismutase (SOD) Under the different stimulating training, This study arrived at the following conclusions: This experiment express that the effect of different load swimming training on the anti-oxidative system of the brain of rat is different. That is SOD activity can be increased by normal-load training. Brain anti-oxidative system can be decreased by over-load stimulate this experiment express that the influence variety of SOD of the cerebral cortex and cerebellum of rat in different load swimming training is synchronous.
