| 摘 要： | 在定向运动中定向技能和奔跑技能有着相同重要的地位,定向技能和奔跑技能构成了定向运动的基本技能,笔者从定向技能的角度出发,按定向运动使用智能的方式,将定向技能分为精确定向技能和概略定向技能,按定向运动过程结构将定向技能分为出发点技能,运动中技能、检查点技能、终点技能,并对各项技能的使用进行了分析。

Analysis and Study on Technical Ability of Orientation in Orienteering |

| Abstract: | Technical ability of orientation and technical ability of running have same position in the orienteering. They compose essential technical ability of orienteering. Technical ability of orientation is composed of accurate technical ability of orientation and compendious technical ability of orientation from pattern of using of intelligence. Technical ability of orientation is composed of start-technical ability sporting-technical ability control-technical ability and stop-technical ability from composition of process of orienteering . Athlete must be absorbed in reading map and check terrain in accurate technical ability of orientation , must grasp key terrain in compendious technical ability of orientation , must carry out "a man is running in a area and the map of the area is moved in his heart" in the whole process of orientation. |
