| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外运动员满意度的研究现状进行综述,探讨该问题在我国运动领域的研究取向,提出应该研制适合中国文化背景及运动队训练体制的运动员满意度量表;分析教练员执教行为对运动员满意度的影响作用以及满意度对运动员赛前焦虑的预测作用。从而为运动员获得最佳竞技状态提供理论指导,为我国运动心理学的发展与完善提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | By summarizing the research status quo of athlete satisfaction both in domestic and abroad,this thesis discusses research direction in future in our country,and indicates that athlete satisfaction scale which adapts to Chinese cultural background and training system of sport team should be formed.By studying the relationship between satisfaction with coach leading behavior and competition mood,the authors discuss the influence of coach behavior to athlete satisfaction and forecast effect of satisfaction to competition anxiety,and then offers theoretic guidance for athlete to gain best competition state and provides reference for the development and perfection of sport psychology of our country. |
