| 摘 要： | 对中、美两国体育后备人才培养体制的形式与指导思想、受教育程度与出路、后备队伍规模与选材覆盖面、对竞技水平的影响、对学校体育的影响、投资社会效益以及奥运战略布局等方面进行比较和初步探讨,发现美国的体育后备人才培养体制在多方面优于我国。提出了我国体育后备人才培养体制改革的建议。

Primary Study of Training System of Prospective Athletes In China and the United States |

| Abstract: | By comparison and primary study on training system between China and the United States, including form of system, training directory, education and employment, body size and talent identification of prospective athletes, impact of system on sports level and school sports, social benefit from investment and strategy for winning Olympics, it is found that the system of prospective athletes of United States is better in most aspects than that of China. Some proposals to reform the training system of prospective athletes in China are offered thereby. |
