| 摘 要： | 通过对体育院校人力和物力资源结构及要求的界定，分析体育院校人力、物力资源建设的方向，提出应在学科和专业的发展中综合评价人力资源价值，保证物力资源建设服务于学校人才培养的质量要求。在此基础上，从优化资源配置、强化管理机制、注重发展规模等方面，探讨体育院校提高办学效用的对策。
