| 摘 要： | 通过对我国24支职业排球俱乐部的调查研究,发现目前我国职业排球俱乐部存在的主要问题是,比赛太少,运动员缺乏实战锻炼;经营观念落后,与经济体制和经济水平不相符合;经费没有保障,福利待遇低;缺乏与新闻媒体的沟通;俱乐部组建及管理体制不成熟。
