| 摘 要： | 通过对西北边远贫困地区——甘肃省定西地区农村学校体育师资、经费、场地器材、教学现状、课外体育活动和学校卫生保健工作的综合调查表明:该地区农村学校体育具有起点低、底子薄、内部发展不平衡、整体水平低等特点。它与该地区经济、文化及教育发展比较落后的实际现状相一致,其发展受到该地区客观物质因素、历史文化因素、主观精神因素和管理因素等诸多不利因素的影响和制约,具有发展的艰巨性和紧迫性。根据这些现状及其特点,笔者针对性地提出了发展该地区农村学校体育的有关建议,以供有关专家和教育部门参考。

| Abstract: | This article is based on an investigation in Din Xi area of China, where is remote and far behind the average living stands. The investigation concerned countryside school physical education, including teaching personnel and funds along with the available training grounds and eqipment, the state and condition of teaching, as well as physical training activties out of class and the hygiene works, From the sociological, pedagogical, administration etc. Point of view, the article analyzes the objective condition, subjective efforts, historical culture and administration, which are called the four factors that affect the development of physical education in the area, and comes to a relative conclusion. It puts forward a suggestion about how to develop physical education in schools in the countryside in this area, and furthermore, how to put it in use in the remote and impoverished part of the Northwest on China. |
