广东田径后备人才可持续发展影响因素的研究

摘    要:采用访问调查、问卷调查、个案分析和数理统计等方法,从社会学角度,分析田径后备人才培养的现状及存在问题,并探讨影响其可持续发展的因素,旨在促进广东田径运动可持续发展。研究认为:广东田径传统优势项目是短、跨、跳;后备人才成萎缩趋势,人才的选拔体系尚需完善;三线教练员人数偏少,训练科学化程度亟待提高;竞赛表现为模式成人化,记分、奖励制度需进一步调整;后备人才培养的经费不足;影响广东后备人才可持续发展的因素可归纳为八个,其中政策导向因子影响最大。

Abstract:By the methods of interview, questionnaire, case analysis and statistics, the authors analyzed the present situation and problems of reserve force′s training, discussed the factors influencing reserve force′s sustainable development in the perspective of sociology and put forward some countermeasures to promote sustainable development of Guangdong′s track-and-field movement. The results show that the traditional advantageous items among all the Guangdong′s track-and-field items are sprints, hurdling races and jumps, the track-and-field reserve force tends to be shrinking, the system of choosing the reserve force needs perfecting, the number of coaches in the third echelon is small, the degree of scientific training needs improving, the competition system appears adult-oriented, the reward system needs changing, the funds for the reserve force′s cultivation are short. The factors influencing the reserve force′s sustainable development can be summarized as eight ones, among which the policy-guidance is the most influent.
