| 摘 要： | 陕西省优秀运动员社会保障表现出就业渠道不畅、经济补偿不高、工资待遇较低、增长兑现迟缓、救济效率低下、职业培训困难重重等现状特征。这与陕西省现有运动员社会保障制度内容密切相关。通过系统梳理陕西省运动员社会保障的政策内容,分析归纳相关政策存在的主要问题,着重挖掘影响政策实施的具体原因,最后提出完善陕西省优秀运动员社会保障制度的对策建议。
