| 摘 要： | 从专项速度入手，对标枪运动员专项速度训练模式进行研究，其目的在于通过对标枪运动员专项速度的研究，进一步明确专项速度在标枪运动中的重要作用，设计适合标枪运动员的专项速度训练模式，为标枪运动的快速发展提供可参考和借鉴的理论依据。
