| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对我国体科所科研队伍的发展与体育运动实践相结合的情况以及与人事制度改革相关联的情况进行了调查与分析。要促进体科所科研队伍的健康发展,就必须使这支队伍的发展与体育运动实践紧密结合,并与人事制度改革的精神相适应。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author studies the development of the researcher's contingent in institutes of sports scientific researches and analyzes the combination of the development with sports and with the personnel system reform. It is concluded that to promote the development of the researcher's contingent, the spirit of the personnel system should be followed. |
