| 摘 要： | 运动尤其是大强度力竭性运动对宏观和微观血液流变学都产生不利的影响 ,进而可能导致运动疲劳 ,甚至引起心血管异常。笔者综述了力竭性运动对血液流变学的影响及其发生机制 ,以为在运动中或运动后采取适当的防护措施提供一定的依据。

| Abstract: | Some changes of hemorheology would be induced by exhausted-exercise. For example, the increased blood viscosity and reduced red cell deformability. These hematological changes would result in exercise-fatigue. This paper reviewed the effect on hemorheology of exhausted-exercise and its mechanism. |
