| 摘 要： | 体育发展方式的转变是我国体育现代化战略的重大突破和重要升华,研究认为,政府行为在我国体育发展方式转变中具有决定性作用,要实现我国体育发展方式的转变,必须在政府行为中:改革政绩评价体系,为转变体育发展方式提供科学理念和行为指导;加强管理创新,充分发挥利益协调职能,为体育发展方式的转变提供政策支持;通过体制改革促进体育发展动力多元化,为我国体育发展方式的转变提供路径选择;优化治理结构和体育公共服务方式,为体育发展方式的转变提供良好的外部环境。

| Abstract: | This study suggests that government action in changing our way of sports development has a decisive role in sports development to achieve the change the way our country must act in the government: the reform performance evaluation system for the transformation of the scientific concept of sports development and behavior provide guidance;strengthen the management of innovation,give full play to the interests of coordination functions,change the way of sports development for the provision of policy support;through the power system to promote diversification of sports development,in order to change the way of sports development in China to provide path selection;optimize the management structure and physical way of public services,to change the way sports provide a good external environment. |
