| 摘 要： | 本文以现代跨栏跑的理论和技术发展特点为基本依据,通过对世界优秀运动员和体院学生跨栏跑与百米跑成绩的统计分析,探索跨栏跑技评量化的方法和标准。制定客观准确的评分表,使技评方法科学化、定量化,且简便易行,方便实用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the developing feature of the theory and technique of modern hurdle of race, author has researched the quantitative standard and method of evaluating the technique of the hurdle runners by means of comparing and analysing the different results between the elite hurdlers and the students of physical insitute in 100 metres race and hurdle race. A scientific mark has been designed. It will make the evaluating methods of hurding technique become the more scientific and quantitative, and it can be used simply and conveneintly in practice. |
