| Abstract: | consists of gymnastics dancing and music and it is also a kind of individual sports which can help to keep fit and to be strong and handsome by our physics exercise .The major problem of improving acrohics teaching is,during the teaching how to use the teaching method of combing explaination and demonstration.In the following,I will give my own opinions on aerobics teaching. |
