| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、专家访问、文献资料、以及逻辑分析的方法,从社会学的角度,对影响陕西省田径竞技后备人才的主成分进行了详尽的分析,其中训练因子、管理因子、经费因子、科教支持因子和教练能力因子是影响陕西省田径后备人才发展的主要因素,造成陕西省田径后备人才发展落后与陕西省经济发展有关外,但与科教文化因素不相对应。

| Abstract: | Based on number of research,questionnaire,investigation,expert's visiting,literature,and logic and date research and statistics,sociology analysis our province track and field reserve current situation of talent to influence our province track and field sports reserve main composition of talent carry on exhaustive were analyzed and give them some good suggestions in track and field sports of our province. |
