| 摘 要： | 笔者在回顾了建国以来北京市竞技体育发展取得的可喜成就基础上,深入分析了在新世纪促进北京市竞技体育全面发展所具有的优势及面临的挑战,提出了北京市竞技体育的发展应以"有重点发展的竞技体育强市"为目标定位以及为实现这一目标应采取的主要行动策略。 |
