| 摘 要： | 运用调查、文献、逻辑和社会学等方法 ,旨在通过对天津市社区体育现状调查和经验总结 ,探索对构建社区体育服务体系具有普遍指导和适用意义的措施对策。结果显示 :天津市在社区体育服务体系建设方面已取得了一定的成绩 ,积累一些具有推广意义的经验。研究结论 :建身边场地、抓身边组织、搞身边活动 ,应当是现阶段乃至今后一定时期内构建社区体育服务体系的工作重点。

| Abstract: | The paper is probed into the countermeasure for developing service system of community exercises in general by summarizing the experience and investigating the community exercises of Tianjin City with the methods of investigation,documents,logic and sociology The results show that Tianjin City has made some jobs on developing service system of community exercises and accumulated some experiences being worthy of generalizing The paper is made a conclusion that it is important to build facilities near community,improve the management of community,and organize the community movement at present and in future for developing service system of community exercises |
