运动与大豆异黄酮联合对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢指标的影响

摘    要:目的研究运动与大豆异黄酮的联合作用对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法 60只3月龄SD大鼠按体质量随机平均分成5组,即假手术组(SHAM,n=12),骨质疏松模型组(OVX,n=12),异黄酮组(ISO,n=12),运动+异黄酮组(ISO+E,n=12),雌激素组(E2,n=12)。所有动物分笼饲养,各组均接受腹腔手术。除SHAM组外,其他各组均切除卵巢。ISO组每天以30 mg/kg体质量的剂量灌胃异黄酮I,SO+E组除了每天以30 mg/kg体质量的剂量灌异黄酮外,每周跑台运动5次,E2组每天以0.1 mg/kg体质量的剂量灌胃己烯雌酚。各组均自由饮水,喂食标准鼠类饲料,实验时间为3个月。3个月后,各组大鼠股动脉放血处死,留取血清,对以下指标检测:血清E2、BGP、AKPs、TRACP、Ca2+、P。结果 OVX组血清E2水平最低,显著低于SHAM、E2组;OVX组的血清AKP、sTRACP、BGP显著高于SHAM组、E2组(P<0.01);ISO+E组的AKP s、TRACP、BGP显著低于OVX组(P<0.05);各组间Ca2+、P差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运动与大豆异黄酮联合可以抑制高转换型骨质疏松,对防治骨质疏松有良好的协同作用。
