| 摘 要： | 社区体育组织是群众体育运行和治理的重要力量,在现代经济社会中发挥着积极的效应。文章对西安市社区体育组织建构与运行机制的现状进行了调查研究。研究结果显示,西安市社区体育环境不断优化,居民的健身意识不断增强,体育组织网络不断健全,场地设施日臻完善。社区体育经费投入稳步增加,社会化程度不断提高。社区体育活动丰富多彩,特色鲜明。但是社区体育组织的运行机制在资源开发利用、优化体育活动、增强人员队伍等方面还不够健全和成熟。
