| 摘 要： | 中国篮球教练员的培养问题是关系到中国竞技篮球全面发展和快速提高的一个重大的战略性问题。通过文献资料法、逻辑论证法、专家访谈等方法,从管理体制、培养体制、学历教育以及岗位培训4个方面,以社会学、管理学、训练学等学科理论为指导,对中国篮球高级教练员的培养与发展策略进行了研究。结果认为:市场经济条件下垂直单一的教练员管理体系造成的主要矛盾是管理效率低和实体利益冲突;由于管理失效导致整个教练员的培养体制存在选拔聘任、竞争激励等多方面的问题;现阶段我国竞技篮球高级教练员的整体文化水平不高,整个学历分布情况呈"枣核"型。岗位培训是教练员培养的核心内容,中国篮球高级教练员的培训方式单一,培训主体的能动性不高,整个培训师资没有形成一个有效的培养梯队,没有整体性和关联性的培训课程,导致整个培训课程建设缺乏科学性。
