| 摘 要： | 在全面分析上海市社区体育管理体制现状的基础上 ,指出对日常性体育活动组织的管理是薄弱环节 ,进一步论证了加强老年体协这类社团组织建设是解决目前社区体育所存在问题的关键。同时指出现阶段建设老年体协必须注意的问题。
