| 摘 要： | 随着健美操运动的快速发展,其作为一项体育运动项目已符合著作权法对客体的要求。探讨和分析健美操成套动作具备成为著作权法保护客体的条件,以此引起健美操创编者树立起知识产权保护的意识,引导该项目能更好地发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of aerobics,as a sport item,aerobics and its composition conform to the requirements for the object to the copy right law.The authors prove and analyse the feasibility of Aerobics composition becoming the object protected by the copyright,and make further research in protecting its Intellectual Property.Through the research,may there will be more aerobics creators build up the awareness of intellectual property,making the sports item,even the aerobics industry,develop better. |
