| 摘 要： | 改革教学的内容和方法，使其具有科学性，先进性和完整性，是提高教学质量的有效途径。我们基于这一主导思想出发，根据现代推铅球技术特征和运动技能形成的规律，设计了推铅球技术教学实验教法。通过对比性教学实验，实验教法的教学效果显著，具有可行性和较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper we desinged an experimental method of teaching the techniques of shot putting on basis of the characterists of the modern shot put techniques and the developmental principles of the performances. The comparison of experimental and reference groups exhibited that the new teaching method was much practicl and particularly superior to the traditional ones. |
