| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、逻辑分析法与数理统计等方法,全面分析陕西省44所特殊学校体育课程开设的现状,包括对体育课的重视程度、体育教师对体育锻炼价值的认知、体育经费投入、体育课开设的项目、学校体育教学情况等诸多因素以及影响体育课开设的障碍性因素。研究表明:陕西省特殊学校体育课程的开设主要存在学校领导重视不够,场地器材投入的经费不足,教材陈旧、没有统一的残疾人体育教材,体育教学方法单一,师资力量相对比较匮乏,管理和保障体系不健全等问题。为此,提出具有针对性体育课程改革的对策,旨在为陕西省教育部门全面了解特殊学校体育课程开设的基本情况、合理进行特殊学校体育教学改革提供一些理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on reference consultation, a survey, some interviews, observations and statistic analysis, the problems of the PE curriculum of 44 special schools in Shaanxi Province are investigated with the reference to the developed provinces. And the results show that the major problems are leaders’ neglect of PE, lack of funding and suitable textbooks, monotonous teaching methods, short of teaching staff, and undeveloped management and security system. Finally, based on the study, corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the change of the viewpoints of the leaders of the educational institutions and for the future improvements of the PE curriculum development in special schools in Shaanxi Province. |
