| 摘 要： | 日本体育仲裁机构的运作经验对我国建设体育仲裁制度具有显著的借鉴作用,为加快我国体育法制化建设,设立适应国际体育发展潮流的体育仲裁制度,通过对日本体育仲裁机构的设立及运作进行文献资料调查研究,在详细介绍日本体育仲裁机构运作原则及其具体实务的基础上,探析如何将日本体育仲裁制度建设的合理因素与我国建设中的体育仲裁制度亟待解决的问题有机地结合起来,以服务于我国体育仲裁制度的建设.
