| 摘 要： | 本文对参加1991年11月—1992年元月冬训的五支重点青年女排的训练课进行了现场的统计和测试,并在此基础上建立了青年女排的训练课评定标准通过评定标准教练员可直观的了解训练课的各种指标和状况,经专家和教练员在实践中检验,具有一定的实用性,可作为训练中的参考依据。
