| 摘 要： | 运用模糊数学等方法 ,对专家发展跳远运动员专项弹跳素质的训练手段中筛选优化 7种训练手段作为提高专项弹跳素质的最优手段 ,并应用到体育学院高水平运动队的训练中 ,实验证明 ,优化后的训练手段更有效、更全面的提高跳远运动员的弹跳力水平。

| Abstract: | After literature investigation and survey of experts,large amount of training methods for developing long jumpers jumping ability were collected and analyzed by methods of fuzzy mathematics. Seven optimistic methods were finally selected and applied in professional athletic teams. It was proved that the optimized training methods were more effective and in a all-ruond way in improving long jumpers jumping ability. |
