| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市校园足球活动现状的阐述，指出上海市校园足球活动面临的主要困境：校园足球管理体制及运作机制不顺畅；指导员队伍力量薄弱；全国校足办“统得过死”；政策支持力度不够；以联赛代活动现象相当严重；布点学校选拔方式有待改进。建议建立以教育部门为主体的校园足球管理体制和运行机制；尽快扭转以联赛代活动的趋势；努力提高师资队伍的整体水平：积极争取教育部门政策支持。 |
