| 摘 要： | 运用灰色系统理论、方法,从研究运动员各项素质重要性的变化情况出发,通过建立各项素质与运动成绩间的模型关系,以及各项素质自身发展的模型趋势,实现完全针对运动员个体系统的均衡发展超前规划。对研究运动员个体培养的独特性有着重大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the Gray-System theories and methods and the changes of the importance of the different qualities of athletes,the paper tries to establish the model relationship between the different qualities and performance results as well as the model trend of the quality development.It aims to work out an advanced planning for the balanced development system of the individual athlete.Therefore,the paper is of great importance to studying the uniqueness of individual training. |
